NOUVEAU WADA

sketch 4.jpg

As a relentless reflection of nobility and a microcosm within the enormity of the real world, the built form of “wada” encapsulates the energy of life thriving within its boundaries. The Nouveau Wada is designed for visionary dairy owners in Rajapur village, Maharashtra, the region that was governed by Maratha reign.
The patron wanted their house to represent their social and traditional standing. Taking this idea a step further, the wada is designed with consideration towards amalgamation of modern material and aesthetics in rural setting following all the principal characteristics of introvert planning.

The Wada compels us to envision past glories and relive them in its contemporary manner, maintaining the heritage of family.
